Speed and Agility Camps
Jagim Performance Systems Speed & Agility Camps are designed to help youth athletes move faster, react quicker, and compete at a higher level.
These sessions focus on developing first-step explosiveness, multidirectional speed, and sport-specific movement mechanics through structured, progressive training.
Athletes will be coached using evidence-based methods that target sprint mechanics, change-of-direction efficiency, and reactive decision-making—key determinants of performance across nearly all sports.

ACL injuries are one of the most common and devastating setbacks in youth sports, but many are preventable.
Jagim Performance Systems ACL Injury Prevention Clinics utilize research-backed neuromuscular training strategies to improve movement quality, joint stability, and landing mechanics. Athletes are taught how to control their bodies during high-risk movements such as cutting, jumping, and decelerating.
