Jagim Performance Systems (JPS) is a science-driven training organization dedicated to improving human performance across the lifespan. Built on a foundation of evidence-based practice, coaching experience, and a commitment to long-term development, JPS exists to bridge the gap between research and real-world application. Our mission is simple: to develop stronger, healthier, and more capable individuals—whether they are competitive athletes or everyday adults.

At JPS, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. Every program is intentionally designed to meet the specific needs, goals, and training age of the individual. Next Up Performance is our athlete development arm, focused on youth and competitive athletes who are serious about improving performance. This division is designed to help athletes build the physical foundation necessary to succeed in sport—emphasizing speed, strength, power, and resilience.
Our approach prioritizes long-term athletic development, ensuring athletes not only perform better today, but continue progressing over time. Whether preparing for the next season or the next level, Next Up Performance provides structured, high-quality training in an environment that promotes accountability, confidence, and competitive growth.

Start Now Fitness

Start Now Fitness is our general population division, built for individuals who are ready to take control of their health and fitness. Whether someone is just beginning their journey or looking to regain consistency, this division emphasizes accessibility, sustainability, and results.
Programs are designed to improve strength, body composition, and overall health while fitting into real-world lifestyles. The focus is not just on short-term outcomes, but on building habits and systems that support long-term success.
