About Jagim Performance Systems
Jagim Performance Systems (JPS) is a science-driven training organization dedicated to improving human performance across the lifespan. Built on a foundation of evidence-based practice, coaching experience, and a commitment to long-term development, JPS exists to bridge the gap between research and real-world application. Our mission is simple: to develop stronger, healthier, and more capable individuals—whether they are competitive athletes or everyday adults.
At JPS, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. Every program is intentionally designed to meet the specific needs, goals, and training age of the individual. By integrating principles of strength and conditioning, sports science, and practical coaching, we create systems that drive measurable results while prioritizing long-term sustainability.
Building better athletes. Developing healthier people. Delivering real results.

Our Divisions
To better serve distinct populations, Jagim Performance Systems operates through two specialized divisions:
Next Up Performance
Next Up Performance is our athlete development arm, focused on youth and competitive athletes who are serious about improving performance. This division is designed to help athletes build the physical foundation necessary to succeed in sport—emphasizing speed, strength, power, and resilience.
Our approach prioritizes long-term athletic development, ensuring athletes not only perform better today, but continue progressing over time. Whether preparing for the next season or the next level, Next Up Performance provides structured, high-quality training in an environment that promotes accountability, confidence, and competitive growth.
Start Now Fitness
Start Now Fitness is our general population division, built for individuals who are ready to take control of their health and fitness. Whether someone is just beginning their journey or looking to regain consistency, this division emphasizes accessibility, sustainability, and results.
Programs are designed to improve strength, body composition, and overall health while fitting into real-world lifestyles. The focus is not just on short-term outcomes, but on building habits and systems that support long-term success.

Our Philosophy

FAQs
What age groups do you work with?
We work with a wide range of individuals, from youth athletes just beginning their development to adults looking to improve their health and fitness. Our Next Up Performance division is designed for youth and competitive athletes, while Start Now Fitness serves adults of all experience levels. Every program is tailored to the individual’s age, training experience, and goals.
How is your training different from other gyms or programs?
At Jagim Performance Systems, our training is built on evidence-based principles and structured progression, not random workouts. We focus on developing strength, speed, and long-term movement quality through intentional programming. Every session has a purpose, and every program is designed to produce measurable results.
Does my child need prior training experience to join Next Up Performance?
No prior experience is required. Our programs are designed to meet athletes where they are, whether they are new to training or already competing at a high level. We emphasize proper technique, progression, and confidence-building to ensure long-term development and safety.
What results can I expect from training?
Results will vary based on consistency and individual goals, but most clients can expect improvements in strength, conditioning, movement quality, and overall performance. For athletes, this often translates to better speed, power, and resilience in sport. For adults, this includes improved strength, body composition, and overall health.
